SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to get your Rugged gear to you as fast as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.
We do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, just email rugged.clothingstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
